- 4 -6 thin lamb chops
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups french-fried onions
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- vegetable oil (for frying) or olive oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 mix egg and milk in a bowl. in another bowl, mix flour and onions.
- 2 dredge lambchops in egg/milk wash followed by flour/onion coating.
- 3 fry until golden.
