French Fried Onion Lamb Chops

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 -6 thin lamb chops
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups french-fried onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • vegetable oil (for frying) or olive oil (for frying)

Recipe

  • 1 mix egg and milk in a bowl. in another bowl, mix flour and onions.
  • 2 dredge lambchops in egg/milk wash followed by flour/onion coating.
  • 3 fry until golden.
