Fast, Easy And Delicious Marinade For All Types Of Meat

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 3 -4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 for skirt steak: mix salt and lime juice together.
  • 2 rub marinade on both sides of steak and marinate at room temperature for about 10 minutes, turning once.

  • 13 grill about 5 minutes on each side, turning once, over medium flame until fully cooked.
