Fast Chinese Pepper Steak

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 12 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb round steak, cut in thin slices
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium green pepper, sliced
  • 1 envelope au jus mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Recipe

  • 1 cook meat, onion, and pepper in oil until meat is browned.
  • 2 stir in remaining ingredients.
  • 3 cook and stir for 4 minutes.
