- 1 beef bouillon cube, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons boiling water
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 lb flank steak
Recipe
- 1 combine bouillon cube and water until dissolved. stir in remaining ingredients.
- 2 rub mixture on steak. cover and place in refrigerator 1 hour.
- 3 grill or broil until desired doneness.
