French Roast

Total Time: 3 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (4 -6 lb) french beef roast
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 cup chinese duck sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup dark grape juice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 -5 garlic cloves, minced

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degree.
  • 2 place the onions and garlic on the bottom of your pan. add roast.
  • 3 combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over roast in pan.
  • 4 bake 3-4 hours, covered.
