- 1 (4 -6 lb) french beef roast
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 cup chinese duck sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup dark grape juice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 -5 garlic cloves, minced
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degree.
- 2 place the onions and garlic on the bottom of your pan. add roast.
- 3 combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over roast in pan.
- 4 bake 3-4 hours, covered.
