French Roast Lamb

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless lamb loin roast, trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/3 cup dry wine
  • 2/3 cup chicken broth

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350³f.
  • 2 pat lamb dry with paper towels.
  • 3 in cup, combine salt, thyme, cinnamon, pepper, nutmeg, and cloves.

  • 12 serve pan juices and applesauce with lamb.
