Dutch Koeken Pie Crust

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped nutmeats (like almonds)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all the ingredients with your hands and pat in a 9" pie plate just to the rim.
  • 2 bake in a 400 oven for 12- 15 minutes.
  • 3 after cooling, the crust may be filled as you choose.
