Ginger Lamb

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs cubed lamb
  • 1 cup chicken bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons sherry wine
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • water, to cover meat
  • flour, to roll meat in

Recipe

  • 1 roll meat in flour and brown.
  • 2 put meat in covered dish that goes in oven.
  • 3 add all other ingredients in dish.
  • 4 add water to cover meat.
  • 5 cook in oven with cover for 1 to 1 1/2hour at 375 degrees.
