- 4 lbs chicken legs with thigh
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup oil
Recipe
- 1 mix the wet ingredients.
- 2 pour over the chicken in baking dish.
- 3 cover with foil.
- 4 put in frig overnight.
- 5 next day, put in oven and cook in 325° oven for 90 minutes.
- 6 check to make sure it is not burning. chicken is done when easy to pull apart.
