Farmstay Laab Moo

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 300 g ground lamb
  • 5 green beans, chopped
  • 1 pinch fresh basil, minced
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pinch chili powder or 1 pinch minced fresh red hot chili pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cooked steamed rice

Recipe

  • 1 in a hot frying pan with a tbs of oil fry garlic, chili powder. mix.
  • 2 add lamb on top of spices and cook rarely.
  • 3 add beans.
  • 4 add pinch of salt or chicken stock.
  • 5 add pinch of basil.
  • 6 add pinch of sugar.
  • 7 add pinch of pepper.
  • 8 add 1 tbs of oyster sauce.
  • 9 cook fried egg last, add water to make edge crispy.
  • 10 serve with meat, egg and rice seperate on plate.
  • 11 mix all together and eat! yummy!
