Apricot Glazed Ham

Ingredients

- 8 -10 lbs fully cooked boneless ham
- 18 ounces apricot preserves
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 ounces slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 place ham on rack in a shallow roasting pan.
- 2 insert meat thermometer in thickest part of ham.
- 3 bake at 325 for 2 - 2 1/2 hrs (allow 15 minutes per pound) or until thermometer reads 135 - 140.
- 4 combine apricot preserves, slivered almonds, raisins,and lemon juice.
- 5 brush with glaze often during final 30 minutes of cooking time.
- 6 place ham on serving platter.
