Apricot Glazed Ham

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 8 -10 lbs fully cooked boneless ham
  • 18 ounces apricot preserves
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 ounces slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 place ham on rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  • 2 insert meat thermometer in thickest part of ham.
  • 3 bake at 325 for 2 - 2 1/2 hrs (allow 15 minutes per pound) or until thermometer reads 135 - 140.
  • 4 combine apricot preserves, slivered almonds, raisins,and lemon juice.
  • 5 brush with glaze often during final 30 minutes of cooking time.
  • 6 place ham on serving platter.
