Chili Sauce

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 12 large tomatoes, peeled
  • 6 large sweet onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablspoon black pepper (carefully)
  • 3 tablespoons kosher salt

Recipe

  • 1 grind the tomatoes, peppers, and onion in a meat grinder.
  • 2 put all the ingredients in a large canning pot.
  • 3 bring to a boil and boil 20 minutes.
  • 4 put in 8-1/2 pint jars and seal.
