Ingredients

- 12 large tomatoes, peeled
- 6 large sweet onions
- 2 green peppers
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablspoon black pepper (carefully)
- 3 tablespoons kosher salt
Recipe
- 1 grind the tomatoes, peppers, and onion in a meat grinder.
- 2 put all the ingredients in a large canning pot.
- 3 bring to a boil and boil 20 minutes.
- 4 put in 8-1/2 pint jars and seal.
