Apricot Glazed Ham

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cooked ham, 5-6 lbs
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar apricots or 1 (12 ounce) jar peach preserves
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 heat ham in oven according to package directions.
  • 2 meanwhile combine preserves, mustard and brown sugar and set aside.
  • 3 remove ham 30min prior to end of cooking, drain any liquid, and return to baking pan. spoon the mixture over the ham and return to oven for 30 minutes.
  • 4 remove from oven and place ham onto serving platter, slice and serve with any remaining preserve mixture.
