Apricot Glazed Ham

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 cooked ham, 5-6 lbs
- 1 (12 ounce) jar apricots or 1 (12 ounce) jar peach preserves
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 heat ham in oven according to package directions.
- 2 meanwhile combine preserves, mustard and brown sugar and set aside.
- 3 remove ham 30min prior to end of cooking, drain any liquid, and return to baking pan. spoon the mixture over the ham and return to oven for 30 minutes.
- 4 remove from oven and place ham onto serving platter, slice and serve with any remaining preserve mixture.
