French's Crunchy Onion Chicken -cheryl Franzon

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups french-fried onions
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup flour

Recipe

  • 1 crush onions in plastic bag with 1/4 cup flour.
  • 2 dip chicken in egg.
  • 3 coat chicken in onion mixture and press crumbs firmly into chicken.
  • 4 bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
