Ingredients
- 2 cups french-fried onions
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup flour
Recipe
- 1 crush onions in plastic bag with 1/4 cup flour.
- 2 dip chicken in egg.
- 3 coat chicken in onion mixture and press crumbs firmly into chicken.
- 4 bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
