Dijon Encrusted Lamb Tenderloin

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 lamb tenderloin (usually a little less than 1 pound)
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary

Recipe

  • 1 place tenderloin in greased baking dish.
  • 2 spread dijon mustard over top of tenderloin.
  • 3 sprinkle pepper, thyme and rosemary on top of dijon coating.
  • 4 bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until done as shown by meat thermometer.
