Dijon Encrusted Lamb Tenderloin

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 1 lamb tenderloin (usually a little less than 1 pound)
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
Recipe
- 1 place tenderloin in greased baking dish.
- 2 spread dijon mustard over top of tenderloin.
- 3 sprinkle pepper, thyme and rosemary on top of dijon coating.
- 4 bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until done as shown by meat thermometer.
