Chesapeake Bay Crab Salad

Ingredients

- 1 lb crabmeat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon pimiento, chopped
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 lemon (juice of)
- 1/3 cup celery, chopped
- lettuce
- lemon slice
- paprika
Recipe
- 1 remove cartilage from crab meat.
- 2 in a bowl, mix mayonnaise, pimiento, mustard, worcestershire sauce, salt, hot pepper sauce, lemon juice, and celery.
- 3 blend well.
- 4 pour over crab meat and toss lightly but evenly.
- 5 refrigerate.
- 6 serve in bowl lined with lettuce leaves.
- 7 garnish with lemon slices and sprinkle with paprika.
