Apricot Glazed Ham

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 8 lbs butt end ham
  • 1 cup apricot jam
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons woodman's extra hot horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard

Recipe

  • 1 bake ham, uncovered, in 275 oven for 2 hours.
  • 2 bake 1 hour more, basting with glaze every 15-30 minutes.
  • 3 broil for the last 5 minutes.
