Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 (8 ounce) package shell macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook beef, onion, celery, and garlic in heavy skillet until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. in large bowl, combine meat mixture with remaining ingredients. turn into a 2 quart casserole dish. cover and bake in 350* oven 30 minutes or until hot.
