Ground Beef And Spinach Casserole

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shell macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook beef, onion, celery, and garlic in heavy skillet until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. in large bowl, combine meat mixture with remaining ingredients. turn into a 2 quart casserole dish. cover and bake in 350* oven 30 minutes or until hot.
