Ingredients

- 4 lbs boneless lamb roast
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 12 ounces beer
Recipe
- 1 place lamb in crock pot.
- 2 top with garlic and onion.
- 3 pour in beer.
- 4 cook on low 9 to 10 hours until you can easily shred the roast with a fork.
- 5 remove from crock pot and shred the meat removing as much of the fat as possible.
