Easy Pulled Lamb

Total Time: 10 hrs 45 mins Preparation Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 10 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 14
  • 4 lbs boneless lamb roast
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 12 ounces beer

Recipe

  • 1 place lamb in crock pot.
  • 2 top with garlic and onion.
  • 3 pour in beer.
  • 4 cook on low 9 to 10 hours until you can easily shred the roast with a fork.
  • 5 remove from crock pot and shred the meat removing as much of the fat as possible.
