Brazilian Churrasco (brazilian Barbecued Beef)

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs beef tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup hot water

Recipe

  • 1 preheat grill.
  • 2 cut tenderloin into about six pieces.
