Slow Cooker Goose

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 (10 pound) goose, cut up
  • 4 whole onions
  • water, to cover

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

    Ready Time: 8 hrs 10 mins

  • combine goose and onions in a slow cooker. pour enough water into the slow cooker to cover.
  • cook on low until goose meat is tender enough to shred easily with a pair of forks, 8 to 10 hours.
